This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Nano Banana Pro Labs provides refunds for subscriptions and credit purchases. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies for our AI image generation and editing services.

Payment Types

Our Services offer two payment models:

  1. Subscriptions: Recurring monthly or yearly plans with included credits
  2. Pay-as-You-Go Credits: One-time credit purchases for flexible usage

Each payment type has specific refund terms outlined below.

Subscription Refunds

Free Trial Period

If you cancel during a free trial:

  • No charges are applied
  • Access continues until trial end date
  • No refund necessary as no payment was made

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing date
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • You retain access to features until period ends
  • No partial month refunds for unused time

Refund Eligibility:

  • Within 7 Days of Initial Purchase: Full refund available if:

    • You have used less than 10% of monthly credit allocation
    • No policy violations on your account
    • First subscription purchase (not renewal)
  • After 7 Days: No refunds for remaining subscription time

    • Cancellation prevents future charges only
    • Access continues until current period ends

Yearly Subscriptions

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel anytime before your next annual billing date
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current year
  • You retain access to features until period ends

Refund Eligibility:

  • Within 14 Days of Initial Purchase: Full refund available if:

    • You have used less than 5% of annual credit allocation
    • No policy violations on your account
    • First subscription purchase (not renewal)
  • 15-30 Days After Purchase: Pro-rated refund available if:

    • You have used less than 10% of annual credit allocation
    • No policy violations on your account
    • Refund calculated based on unused months
  • After 30 Days: No refunds for remaining subscription time

    • Cancellation prevents future charges only
    • Access continues until current year ends

Lifetime Plans

Note: Lifetime plans, where offered, are subject to specific terms.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Within 14 Days of Purchase: Full refund available if:

    • You have used less than 5% of lifetime credit allocation
    • No policy violations on your account
  • After 14 Days: No refunds available

    • "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the service
    • Access continues as long as service is operational

Pay-as-You-Go Credit Refunds

Credit Purchases

General Policy: Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once made.

Refund Exceptions:

  • Accidental Purchase: Full refund within 24 hours if:

    • Credits have not been used
    • Verified as accidental (duplicate charge, wrong package)
    • Reported immediately via support
  • Technical Issues: Full or partial refund if:

    • Our system error resulted in credit deduction without service delivery
    • Generated content failed due to platform error (not user input error)
    • Credits were incorrectly deducted
  • Service Outage: Pro-rated credit compensation if:

    • Platform downtime prevented service access for 24+ hours
    • Scheduled maintenance exceeds announced duration by 4+ hours

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Credits already used for image generation or editing
  • Credits purchased more than 24 hours ago (unless technical issue)
  • Credits used before refund request
  • Dissatisfaction with generation results (subjective quality)

Credits Are Usage Units, Not Currency

Important Notice: Credits are virtual usage units for accessing our Services and are NOT a form of currency. Credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are not redeemable for money
  • Cannot be transferred or exchanged
  • Cannot be sold or traded
  • Expire according to subscription terms or remain valid with active account for credit purchases

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following circumstances:

Policy Violations

  • Account terminated due to Acceptable Use Policy violations
  • Content Moderation Policy breaches
  • Fraudulent activity or payment chargebacks
  • Terms of Service violations

Subjective Dissatisfaction

  • Dissatisfaction with AI generation quality or results
  • Unmet personal expectations (not technical failures)
  • Change of mind after using credits
  • Preference for competitor services

Normal Service Limitations

  • AI model limitations or imperfections
  • Generation not matching prompt exactly (normal AI behavior)
  • Learning curve or user error in using features
  • Compatibility issues with user's device or browser (when within our supported specifications)

Used Services

  • Credits already consumed for generations
  • Subscription time already elapsed
  • Features already accessed and utilized

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

Step 1: Contact Support

  • Your account email address
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date of purchase
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages)

Step 2: Review Process

  • Our team reviews your request within 2-3 business days
  • We may request additional information
  • Verification of account status and usage

Step 3: Decision Notification

  • Approval or denial notification sent via email
  • If approved, refund processing begins
  • If denied, explanation provided with appeal option

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing

Processing times depend on your financial institution and are outside our control.

Subscription Management

How to Cancel Subscriptions

    • Confirm cancellation

Cancellation Confirmation

Reactivation

  • Canceled subscriptions can be reactivated anytime
  • Reactivation starts new billing cycle
  • Previous credit balance not restored

Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

Unauthorized Charges

If you notice an unauthorized charge:

  2. Provide transaction details
  3. We will investigate and resolve within 48 hours
  4. Refund issued if charge confirmed unauthorized

Chargeback Policy

Please contact us BEFORE filing a chargeback. We're committed to resolving issues directly.

If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • Access to services terminated
  • If chargeback is deemed fraudulent:
    • Account permanently banned
    • No future access permitted
    • Legal action may be pursued

We investigate all chargebacks and provide evidence to payment processors.

Technical Issues and Service Credits

If you experience technical problems:

Automatic Credit Restoration

  • Credits automatically restored if generation fails due to system error
  • No action required from user
  • Typically processed within minutes

Service Credit Compensation

For platform outages or service disruptions:

  • < 1 hour: No compensation (within acceptable limits)
  • 1-4 hours: 5% of monthly credit allocation as service credit
  • 4-12 hours: 15% of monthly credit allocation as service credit
  • 12-24 hours: 30% of monthly credit allocation as service credit
  • 24+ hours: 50% of monthly credit allocation as service credit + pro-rated refund option

Service credits are bonus credits added to your account, not cash refunds.

Regional Pricing and Refunds

Our pricing may vary by region. Refund amounts are calculated based on:

  • The amount actually paid (in your local currency)
  • Converted to USD for processing
  • Returned in original payment currency

Exchange rate fluctuations may result in slight differences between payment and refund amounts.

Gift Subscriptions and Credits

Gift purchases follow the same refund policy with special conditions:

  • Refund requests must come from purchaser, not recipient
  • Once recipient activates gift, no refunds available
  • Unused, unactivated gifts refundable within 30 days
