Our Service

Nano Banana Pro Labs is an independent AI service platform that provides access to AI-powered image generation and editing capabilities. We are not affiliated with any AI model provider. Our Services utilize third-party AI models accessed through APIs to deliver image generation and editing features to our users.

AI Wrapper Service Model

Important: We are an API consumer, not a model developer.

  • Third-Party AI Models: We access AI capabilities from providers including Replicate, Fal.ai, and other AI model platforms
  • API Integration: Our platform integrates multiple third-party AI models via their public APIs
  • No Model Training: We do not train, develop, or own any AI models
  • Independent Service: We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or officially connected to any AI model provider

Our Additional Safety Measures

While we use third-party AI models, we implement our own additional safety layers:

  1. Pre-Generation Filtering: AI-powered prompt analysis before sending to model providers
  2. Real-Time Monitoring: Content screening during generation process
  3. Post-Generation Review: Automated safety classification and human review
  4. User Reporting: Community-driven content moderation
  5. Appeal Process: Human review for disputed moderation decisions

NSFW Content Policy: Our platform strictly prohibits NSFW content generation. We implement additional filtering beyond what third-party model providers offer to ensure compliance with our content policies.

Acceptable Use

You may use our Services for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Creating original artwork and creative content
  • Generating images for personal, educational, or commercial projects
  • Editing and enhancing photographs and images
  • Designing marketing materials, social media content, and graphics
  • Prototyping and conceptual design work
  • Educational and research purposes

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use our Services for any of the following:

Illegal or Harmful Content

  • Generating, creating, or distributing content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Creating content that depicts, promotes, or encourages illegal activities
  • Producing content that could cause harm to individuals or groups
  • Generating content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate others

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Creating images that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Impersonating real individuals without authorization
  • Replicating copyrighted characters, logos, or branded materials without permission

Sexually Explicit or Adult Content (NSFW Policy)

  • Generating pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
  • Creating nude or sexually suggestive images of real or fictional individuals
  • Producing content that sexualizes minors in any way (strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal reporting)

Misinformation and Deceptive Content

  • Creating deepfakes or manipulated images intended to deceive or mislead
  • Generating fake news, misinformation, or disinformation
  • Creating fraudulent documents or identification materials
  • Producing content designed to impersonate real individuals for deceptive purposes

Malicious or Abusive Behavior

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our Services
  • Overwhelming our systems with excessive requests (automated scraping, botting)
  • Sharing account credentials or reselling access to our Services
  • Using our Services to train competing AI models
  • Circumventing usage limits, payment systems, or security measures

Hateful or Discriminatory Content

  • Generating content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
  • Creating images targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Producing content that incites violence or promotes terrorism

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All content created using our Services is AI-generated and synthetic. Users must:

  • Clearly disclose that images are AI-generated when sharing publicly or using commercially
  • Not misrepresent AI-generated images as photographs of real people or events
  • Understand that AI-generated content does not depict real individuals unless explicitly based on user-provided reference images

Data and Privacy

Data Storage

  • Generated images and user prompts are temporarily stored for service delivery
  • We retain minimal data necessary for account management and service improvement
  • Users can request deletion of their data by contacting support

Model Training

  • User-generated content and prompts are NOT used to train AI models
  • We do not share user data with third-party model providers for training purposes
  • Our service is strictly inference-based using pre-trained models

Content Moderation

We employ automated and manual content moderation to enforce this Policy:

  • AI-powered filters screen prompts and generated images
  • Flagged content is reviewed by our moderation team
  • Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting support
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  1. Warning: First-time minor violations receive a warning notice
  2. Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations result in temporary account suspension
  3. Permanent Termination: Severe violations (illegal content, child exploitation, harassment) result in immediate permanent account termination
  4. Legal Action: Criminal violations will be reported to appropriate authorities
  5. No Refunds: Accounts terminated for Policy violations are not eligible for refunds

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy:

  • Include relevant details (username, content description, screenshots if applicable)
  • Our team will investigate and take appropriate action within 48 hours

Updates to This Policy

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
